Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Chia seeds (any colour)
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Any milk
  • 1 cup Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Apple or pear, grated
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit, to serve

Method

  1. Place everything in a bowl and stir well to combine – make sure there aren’t any chia seeds sticking to the sides. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Serve topped with any fresh fruit. This will keep for up to 3 days, so make as many serves as you can eat.
