Meditations for busy people
Taking time out is vital to our health and happiness. It can help you to put things in perspective, set you up for a busy day ahead, calm your mind and relieve tension. The Spring meditations are simple and start at just 5 minutes. So find somewhere comfortable to sit and give them a go.
There are 3 guided meditations: 5, 10 & 15 minutes. Each meditation starts with a brief introduction to make sure that you get the most out of your mini-break. Always allow an extra 5 minutes to ease yourself into and out of the meditation. You can listen to them through your computer, tablet or phone. Or download them to store on any other device you like.
