Think of Spring as a 30-day lifestyle challenge.
Here’s how it works:
Use the weekly meal plans. Pick out the meals you want to cook, fill your fridge and get cooking. Recipes range from super simple to a little bit posh.
Download daily training plans. They all take 30 minutes and you can do them anywhere – at home, in a park, at the gym. Each week there’s fitness, strength, circuits, core and stretch.
Log on and listen to 5, 10 and 15-minute meditations whenever you need a moment of calm.
Track your mood
Throughout the month track your mood and see how your healthy lifestyle makes it soar. The more points you track, the better your chance of winning great prizes.
Spring donates generously to mental health charities. You can choose the charity you want your fee to support when you sign up.
